WHEN CAN I EXPECT THIS PRODUCT TO SHIP?

Orders for items that are in stock will be ready to ship in 1 -2 business days, excluding holidays. Shipping transit times and rates vary depending on the size of your order and your location. We ship via FedEx and UPS ground from Dallas, TX. If you are in a real hurry use faster shipping times at checkout.  If you order on Friday after 12 noon CST orders will be shipped on the following Monday. 

if you order crinkle shred with our gift boxes they will be shipped together.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLIC FOR CRINKLE SHRED?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return any product we are here to help. 

At your cost you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. products must arrive unopened and unused and must arrive at our receiving warehouse in new condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to process.

Our crinkle shred is made to match our box colors. We do our best to keep the colors consistent, as a recycled product the colors may vary from lot to lot and color represented may not be exact every time.  Keep in mind that colors also vary depending on your color profile on your display.
