Getting Started
Connect With Us
Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to get started. This will provide us with basic information about your print project. Choose your gift box size and color from our in-stock options. We will check our inventory and reserve your gift boxes for you, no need to order boxes separately online.
We only print on our boxes and do not offer custom sizes.
Our Print Process
1. We receive your contact form, a member of our print team will review your project and reach out via email to request your artwork.
See “Artwork Requirements” tab below for preferred file formats.
2. We’ll review your artwork at no charge to make sure it’s print-ready. If any Artwork Preparation or modification is needed, we’ll provide the cost for your approval before any work begins.
3. Once your artwork is print-ready, we’ll recommend the best print options and provide a digital mockup and initial quote for your review.
4. After your design and quote are finalized, you’ll receive an invoice along with our Print Policy for approval.
Our Print Policy includes a photo of the actual printed box—not a digital mockup—along with final print specifications and measurements.
**A digital signature is required before production can begin.**
As a boutique company, we provide one on one guidance throughout the process, including recommendations for print method, logo placement, sizing, and ribbon color options to help bring your vision together.
Artwork Requirements
Vector artwork works best for printing. Our preferred file formats are EPS, PDF, and SVG.
Have a PNG or JPEG?
These files are image-based and may not be scalable without losing quality. No worries—we’re happy to review your artwork at no charge to determine if it can be used for printing.
Created your artwork in Canva?
Canva files are often image-based and may not be print-ready. Let us know it was created in Canva and we’ll review the file for you.
Using AI-generated artwork?
AI-generated artwork is typically image-based and will require additional preparation before it can be printed. We’re happy to review it for print readiness.

*Artwork Preparation Fees
We’ll review your artwork at no charge to make sure it’s print-ready.
If your file requires cleanup, tracing, vectorization, or other technical preparation, fees start at $50.
We’ll always provide the cost for approval before any work begins.
Pricing For Print
ORIGINATION SET UP FEES -
UV PRINT AND HOT FOIL STAMPING OR DIGITAL FOIL - $50.00 per file. This is a one-time charge, and we'll save your file. If you reorder boxes with the same file, we won't charge the fee again.
We require a setup fee for each printing area (see graphic below).
PRINT FEES -
UV PRINT - from $4.00 to $6.00 per area, per box (depending on print color, technique and size of logo).
HOT FOIL STAMPING OR DIGITAL FOIL - from $3.00 to $5.00 per area, per box (depending on size of logo).
Print fees above are for print only and do not include the price of the magnetic gift box or any Artwork Preparation fees.
Pricing depend greatly on the techniques required to bring your design to life. These details will be reviewed and discussed during your initial consultation to ensure the best options for your project.
Timeline and Shipping
Our standard print turnaround is approximately 5–10 business days once artwork is print-ready and your order is approved and paid. More complex projects may require additional time. This timeframe does not include shipping.
If your artwork requires Artwork Preparation, please allow up to 5 additional business days once the preparation fee has been approved and paid.
During our busiest season, October through December, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for print production, plus shipping.

All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, via UPS or FedEx Ground. Ground delivery typically takes 3–5+ business days, depending on destination. For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend upgrading to 2-Day Air or Overnight shipping.

Sizing Guidelines and Templates
Contact us if you would like sizing guidelines for print areas. We do not require you to create your design on a template, we will do that for you. We will adjust your file to fit each box size with your guidance from the consultation.
