REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing our gift boxes. We trust that your purchase brings you joy, but if you find the need to return your items, we're here to assist.
For returns, unopened items can be sent back at your expense within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. It's essential that the boxes remain unopened, unused, and in good condition when they reach our receiving warehouse. Expect your refund within 2 weeks of our warehouse receiving the returned goods, though often it's processed even more promptly. To ensure a smooth process, include a copy of your original receipt and clearly mark your name/details on the cartons.
Should you need to exchange sizes after receiving your order, simply reorder the correct size, and initiate a return with us for your original order, upon receiving your original order, we'll issue a complete refund (see above guidelines for returns).
Before initiating a return, please contact us for instructions and the return address.
In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged goods due to shipping, we cover the return shipping cost. We'll either resend you new boxes or credit you based on the issue.
Samples are non-refundable, but if they're damaged during shipping, we'll promptly send replacements upon receiving photos of the damaged items.

Please inspect your boxes carefully upon receipt, as we cannot refund items for quality issues once they've been used. Keep in mind that box colors may vary due to dye lots, and the represented color might not be exact each time. Additionally, colors can differ based on your display's color profile.
