Fill out the form below to get started. This will provide us with basic information about your print project. Choose your gift box size and color from our in-stock options. We will check our inventory and reserve your gift boxes for you, no need to order boxes separately online.

We only print on our boxes and do not offer custom sizes.

Once we receive your contact form, we will ask you to send us your logo file via email (see "What We'll Need From You" below for desired format).

After we receive your file, we will present you with the best options and provide a digital mockup and initial quote for your review.

Once finalized, you will receive an invoice along with our Print Policy* for your approval.

*Print Policy includes a photo of the actual printed box—not a mockup—along with detailed design specifications and measurements. A digital signature is required before production can begin.

We are a boutique company and are dedicated to helping you with your design, making suggestions on logo placement, logo size and ribbon color options to complete your vision.

Vector format files work best, our preferred formats are .EPS, .AI, PDF, and .SVG files. 

Raster files, such as PNGs and JPEGs (images), are not scalable and may result in blurred output when printed. If your artwork is in one of these formats, we’re happy to evaluate it for print compatibility*. Print quality will depend on the file’s resolution and the size of the intended print.

Designs created in Canva are often image-based and may not be scalable. If you used Canva, let us know—we’re happy to review the file for print readiness*.

The total process, from consultation to production is approximately 5-10 business days. Additional time may be needed depending on the complexity of your order. This timeframe does not include shipping.

Please note that during peak seasons, especially October through December, processing times may be longer.

We ship from Dallas, Texas, using UPS or FedEx Ground, with delivery in 3–5+ business days. For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend upgrading to 2-Day Air or Overnight shipping.

If you prefer to use your own shipping account, just let us know.

Contact us if you would like sizing guidelines for print areas. We do not require you to create your design on a template, we will do that for you. We will adjust your file to fit each box size with your guidance from the consultation.

ORIGINATION SET UP FEES -

UV PRINT AND HOT FOIL STAMPING OR DIGITAL FOIL - $50.00 per file. This is a one-time charge, and we'll save your file. If you reorder boxes with the same file, we won't charge the fee again.

We require a setup fee for each printing area (see graphic below).

PRINT FEES -

UV PRINT - from $4.00 to $6.00 per area, per box (depending on print color, technique and size of logo). 

HOT FOIL STAMPING OR DIGITAL FOIL - from $3.00 to $5.00 per area, per box (depending on size of logo).  

Print fees above are for print only and do not include the price of the magnetic gift box.
